We take utmost care to list & display products, accept, process and ship your orders. It is very unlikely that you will receive a wrong product or a defective piece.
However, if it happens due to any error in our order fulfillment process, please let us know and we will not mind accepting returns as long as:
Items are returned absolutely unused and in new condition. This is mandatory considering the nature of the products(primarily intimate garments) we are dealing with.
You write to returns@mMyself.com within 7 days of receipt of you order, requesting to authorize this return. Please also let us know the reason why you want to return these items. This will help us to help you in much more better way and take care of your concerns in future.
You send these items within next 5 days of receipt of return authorisation email from us.
Once your return is authorised and we receive these items at our warehouse, we issue you an electronic Gift-Card of authorised return value. This is like a cash card of certain amount value. This gift-card can be used for 100% of its value for your next purchase/s.
We do not appreciate exchange as it adds up additional shipping costs and handling charges to you. You will need to pay 2-way shipping charges and any handling charges if we levy in addition. We do offer one-time exchange only on Apparels/Clothing items sold on full price, as long as:

You write to exchange@mMyself.com within 3 days of receipt of you order, requesting exchange, with a valid concern.
You send these items within next 5 days of our communication.
Once we receive these items at our warehouse and additional payments if any required, we ship your new items in next 3 days.
